We will try to maintain accurate stock figures on our website, but from time to time there may be a discrepancy in stock and we will not be able to meet all your items at the time of purchase. In this case, we will fulfill the available products for you and inform you whether you prefer to wait for production of the reordered item or whether you prefer us to make a refund.

3. returns
3.1 Return due to sensory changes
Jonny Klammer is happy to accept returns due to changes of opinion, provided that we receive a return request within 14 days of receipt of the goods and the goods are returned to us in their original packaging, unused and in resalable condition.
The return shipment is at the expense of the customer and must be carried out by an insured shipping.
Once the returns have been received and accepted, the refunds will be processed to save the credit for a future purchase. We will notify you as soon as this is completed by email.
(Jonny Klammer) will refund the value of the returned goods but NOT the value of a paid delivery.
3.2 Warranty Returns
Jonny Klammer will gladly fulfil all valid warranty claims, provided that the application is made within 15 days of receipt of the goods.
The customer is obliged to pay the return shipment in advance, but we will refund you if the warranty claim is successful.
After returning the warranty claim items, you can expect Jonny Klammer to process your warranty claim within 7 days.
As soon as the warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice:
(a) Refund to your payment method
(b) a refund of the credit at the branch
(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available).
